WINDEA Offshore

MidOcean brings together best in class teams with significant experience in the roles required to solve the complex components of U.S. wind farm projects. MidOcean has partnered with WINDEA Offshore GmbH & Co. KG to provide a full suite of services for construction support and O&M activities. Based in Germany, WINDEA Offshore is a joint venture of three well established and family-owned companies, Bernhard Schulte Offshore, Buss Offshore Solutions, and Ems Maritime Offshore.

Since the founding in 2011, WINDEA Offshore has been able to provide the national and international offshore wind market with a wide range of high quality offshore services, specializing on holistic logistics and supply solutions in connection with the construction and operation of offshore wind farms. WINDEA offers ship services with its own vessel fleet, maritime and nautical services, wind technology, port and logistics services, helicopter services and holistic medical care in offshore wind farms successfully on the market. WINDEA acts as a single point of contact for customers, thus reducing their interface risks. U.S. Experience

MidOcean has owned 20+ ships and has 35+ years experience operating U.S. vessels and is a U.S. Jones Act compliant ship owner.
